As a mother of five, I’ve spent so much of my life pouring into other people — raising children, building a home, supporting the people I love, and making sure everyone around me feels cared for. Through all of that, I learned something that eventually became the heart behind AmongFriendsCo: people need connection.

 

We need moments where we can step away from responsibilities, routines, work, motherhood, stress, and everything life asks of us and simply enjoy being around other people again. We need spaces where we can laugh, dress up, try something new, have meaningful conversations, create memories, and maybe even meet someone who becomes an important part of our lives.

 

I created AmongFriendsCo because I wanted to build those spaces.

 

I’ve always had a passion for bringing people together. Long before AmongFriendsCo became a business, I loved creating experiences, planning events, mentoring young people, and finding ways to make others feel included. There is something incredibly special about watching people walk into a room unsure of what to expect and slowly begin talking, laughing, connecting, and realizing they belong there.

 

That feeling is what I want every AmongFriendsCo event to create.

 

AmongFriendsCo is more than beautiful décor or themed events. Of course, I want every experience to feel thoughtful, aesthetic, exciting, and worth getting dressed up for — but what matters most to me is what happens between the people in the room.

 

Maybe you come with your best friend. Maybe you bring your daughter. Maybe you convince your partner to come with you. Or maybe you walk through the door completely alone.

 

Either way, I want you to feel welcome.

 

I want AmongFriendsCo to be the kind of community where you never have to wonder whether you already know someone before buying a ticket. You don’t need a group. You don’t need an invitation. You don’t need to fit into a certain crowd.

 

You simply have to show up.

 

As AmongFriendsCo grows, my vision is to continue creating experiences throughout California’s Central Valley that give people a reason to come together — from themed gatherings and beautiful social events to mixers, creative experiences, mother-daughter events, and unforgettable nights centered around real human connection.

 

Because some of the best friendships, conversations, memories, and opportunities in our lives begin with people who were once complete strangers.
