AmongFriendsCo Policies & Procedures
At AmongFriendsCo, our goal is to create safe, welcoming, enjoyable experiences for everyone who attends. These policies help us protect our guests, our team, and the quality of every event.
Tickets & Payments
All event tickets must be paid in full before attendance. Tickets are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued. Prices may vary by event.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because food, supplies, décor, activities, and other materials are purchased in advance, event tickets are generally non-refundable. If an event is canceled by AmongFriendsCo, guests will be offered a refund or transfer option.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, ticket transfers may be permitted depending on the event. Transfer requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Arrival & Check-In
Guests should arrive on time and be prepared to check in upon arrival. Late entry may be limited for certain activities or experiences.
Dress Code & Themes
Many AmongFriendsCo events are themed. Guests are encouraged to come dressed according to the event theme so everyone can enjoy the full experience.
Children & Youth Events
For events that include children or teens, parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information and following all event-specific supervision requirements.
Food, Beverage & Allergy Disclaimer
Food and beverages may be served at AmongFriendsCo events and may be prepared by AmongFriendsCo, outside vendors, caterers, restaurants, or other third parties. Guests are responsible for informing us of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions before attending an event.
While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs, AmongFriendsCo cannot guarantee that any food or beverage is completely free from allergens, cross-contact, or ingredients that may cause an adverse reaction.
By choosing to consume food or beverages at an AmongFriendsCo event, guests acknowledge and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with food consumption, including allergic reactions, food sensitivities, and foodborne illness.
AmongFriendsCo is not responsible for reactions or illness resulting from undisclosed allergies, individual sensitivities, or food provided by third-party vendors, except where responsibility cannot legally be waived.
For minors, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for notifying AmongFriendsCo of allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns before the event and for determining whether food served is appropriate for their child.
Respectful Conduct
We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed and respected. Harassment, bullying, threatening behavior, discrimination, fighting, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
Unless specifically stated for a particular event, alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted. Guests who appear impaired or behave unsafely may be asked to leave.
Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional and social media purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should notify event staff before the event begins.
Personal Belongings
AmongFriendsCo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables with them.
Safety & Emergencies
Guest safety is important to us. All attendees are expected to follow staff instructions, venue rules, and emergency procedures.
Event Changes
Event details, activities, locations, schedules, or vendors may change when necessary. We will make every effort to communicate significant changes as early as possible.
Contact Us
Questions regarding policies, tickets, transfers, or event concerns can be submitted through our contact page.
By purchasing a ticket or attending an AmongFriendsCo event, guests agree to follow these policies and any event-specific guidelines.
Right to Refuse Admission or Service
AmongFriendsCo reserves the right to refuse admission, deny participation, remove a guest from an event, or decline future service when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, and experience of our guests, staff, vendors, or venue partners. This may include, but is not limited to, threatening, disruptive, unsafe, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior, failure to follow event rules, or conduct that significantly interferes with the experience of others.
Any refusal of service or removal will be based on legitimate business, safety, or conduct-related reasons and will not be based on a person’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other status protected by law.
Come as strangers. Leave as friends.
